We are confident you will 💕 what you buy from Talula but, just in case, you are welcome to exchange or return an item.
For both international and local customers, we offer free shipping on replacement items (ie the same item in a different size).
If your item is faulty, please scroll right to the end of this page for instructions.
If you need to return an item from The Aloha Collection (swim wear or active wear), please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange your return.

RETURNS WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
How to return an item:
- Please contact Ingrid on 021 999 202 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of making the purchase to arrange your return.
- Item(s) must be unworn and in mint condition.
- Complete the Talula returns form and enclose it with your return item(s). If you are missing a returns form, please click here to download one.

- Once your item has been received by us, your refund/exchange will be processed within five working days. You will be notified via email when this transaction/exchange has taken place.
- Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
- If you order a replacement (of the same item), we will send it to you with free shipping.
NZ customers must return their items within 7 working days from purchase. After 7 working days, all sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges will only proceed once we receive the return item.
Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.

International customers should please notify email@example.com that they are returning something, within 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.
We suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Talula does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty*.

*IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY:
Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For faults we must inspect the item first, and then we'll let you know if it can be repaired or not.
We will either repair, replace or refund the item within 7 days of receiving it and email you once your item has been dispatched back to you.
If the item is faulty we will refund you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.
Faults exclude damage to the item incurred by the customer once the item has left the store.
