We use New Zealand Couriers for all deliveries, which are tracked and traceable. Shipping (postage & packaging) is calculated in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

All online orders are processed and dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?
We completely understand that you’ll want your Talula item as soon as possible! Most orders will be out of our door in 1-2 days.
Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday. Weekend orders are processed on a Monday. Orders placed on NZ public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
To ensure the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend using a business address as your shipping address. Please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the delivery address.
If, for some reason, there is an unexpected delay with your order we will let you know as soon as possible.

All deliveries are made direct to your door. A signature is required upon delivery.
If no one is home, a card will be left requesting that you contact the courier office to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Any specified delivery dates are estimates only and Talula will not be liable for failure to deliver on the estimated date.
We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
Talula accepts no liability for orders not received by a customer where an ‘authority to leave’ was granted. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Talula to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.
Talula does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg, strikes and natural disasters) or because of an incorrectly filled in delivery address.
Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.
If items are lost or damaged, the cost is covered subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1998. If you need to make a compensation claim for an undelivered item, please contact Talula on +64 (0)21 999 202 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Other things to note if you are outside of New Zealand…
- If you require insurance for International deliveries it is charged at $25NZD and is additional.
